EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to use this Platform.Minors may use the app only with the involvement and consent of a parent/guardian.By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and lawful.3. Account Registration & SecurityTo place orders, you may be required to create an account with valid details.You are responsible for:Keeping your login credentials confidential.Not sharing your account with others.All activities carried out under your account.We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, misleading, or abusive.4. Products & ListingsProduct images and descriptions are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly.Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.Some items may be subject to additional terms, such as warranty, return restrictions, or age requirements.Tinkklebox does not manufacture products; it is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.5. Orders & AcceptancePlacing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.Orders are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notification/email.We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of:Product unavailability.Incorrect pricing or technical error.Fraudulent/suspicious transactions.Delivery address outside serviceable area.6. Pricing & PaymentsAll prices are displayed in INR (inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise).We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, net banking, and cash-on-delivery (where available).Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.In case of failed transactions, any deducted amount will be refunded to the original payment source.7. Delivery & ShippingEstimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout but may vary due to external factors (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery completion.If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.Some products may be delivered by sellers directly or via third-party courier services.8. Cancellations, Returns, and RefundsCancellations – Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed.Returns – Permitted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Limitation of LiabilityTinkklebox is not liable for:Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Loss of profits, goodwill, or data.Delays or failures caused by events outside our control.Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.15.
