Processing TimeAll confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).Orders placed after working hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.In rare cases (e.g., high demand or stock unavailability), processing may take longer. Customers will be notified via email/app notification.2. Shipping Methods & Delivery TimelinesWe partner with trusted logistics and courier providers to ensure reliable deliveries. Delivery timelines vary based on your location:Metro Cities (India): 2–5 business days.Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days.Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days.Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.3. Shipping ChargesFree Standard Shipping: On orders above a minimum purchase value (displayed on the app during checkout).Standard Shipping Fee: Applicable on orders below the minimum purchase value. Charges will be displayed at checkout.Express Shipping (if available): Additional fees apply, and charges will be shown during checkout.4. Order TrackingOnce shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or app notification.You can track your order in real time through the Tinkklebox app under ‘My Orders’ or on the courier partner’s website.5. Delivery AttemptsOur courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.6. International ShippingCurrently, Tinkklebox ships only within India.We are working on expanding our services to international customers and will update this policy when available.7. Delays & ResponsibilityTinkklebox is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or any force majeure events.However, we will support you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.8. Damaged or Missing PackagesIf your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.Our support team will investigate and assist you with replacement or refund as per our policies.9. Address AccuracyCustomers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.Tinkklebox will not be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.10.
