However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may wish to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for purchases made through the Tinkklebox app.1. Eligibility for RefundsRefunds are applicable only to purchases made through the official Tinkklebox app or website.To be eligible for a refund, the request must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, along with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.Refunds will not be processed for products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence.2. Non-Refundable ItemsCertain products are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:Personal care and hygiene products.Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items.Discounted or clearance sale items, unless received damaged or defective.Digital or downloadable products (if applicable).3. Refund ProcessCustomers must initiate a refund request by contacting Tinkklebox Customer Support via the app or email.Once your request is received and approved, we will notify you of the next steps.Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved by our quality team.Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, wallet, UPI, or net banking) within 7–10 business days.4. Damaged or Defective ProductsIf you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.After verification, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.5.
